An order will be refunded (Except Adults and Gambling sites) if the listing is not approved.
No refunds will be entertained for contributions towards an existing listing.

We will only accept sites of a certain standard - some sites that are submitted just don't make the grade and cannot be accepted despite meeting the above criteria. Our editor has the final desicion over this.
